  • Tertiary education in the Hospitality sector
  • 5 years’ experience in a similar role as a Project Manager
  • Excellent knowledge of budgets, cost control measures, stock, stock control
  • Good culinary flair with the ability and knowledge to assist with menu development and function design
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Experience in management of small and large functions
  • Good knowledge of OHSE requirements
  • Experience in managing a large number of staff in a team and be confident in HR related matters, staff training and upskilling
  • Strong leader
