• 5+ years’ previous experience in overseeing multiple contract sites in business industry/corporate contracts
• Food Services Management diploma/similar
• Professional cooking & menu planning skills with excellent knowledge of food trends
• Financial & analytical skills
• Communication, interpersonal & people management skills
• Retail acumen
• Excellent food hygiene & health and safety skills
• Licence + own reliable transport (travel required)
